Hello, friends, I am Lasha Kachkachishvili. It's been a long time since I've been a mentor and it is very rewarding when I help people solve a problem, and when I see how a person transforms from 0 and achieves success, it gives me joy. That's why I love mentoring.
However, I was not born as a mentor and there is some uncertainty until a minor success. Many of you underestimate the learning of programming, but still fear. The fear of not learning. His thought struggles with the idea of becoming a programmer: "In order to be a very good programmer, one must be very smart in mathematics, and I am neither very smart nor have I ever been in mathematics". It sounds logical, but does not reflect reality.
I moved away from programming. It was a quite interesting process. After a few months, I started sending lazy resumes. A startup needed a junior Front-end developer and needed to be selected. After discussions and tasks, I was selected as a Front-end developer. That's my first workplace. After this, I wanted to mentor because I love helping people, it nourishes other emotions and the process excites me. I study new things every day, give lectures. I never thought before that I would give lectures as a fellow student, but that's how it is.
Time goes by and I think it's more interesting to be back-end, working with databases, writing back-end logic, which the user does not see, but web applications and the current process excite. I spent time learning back-end technology and became a Full-Stack developer (writing code in both Front-end and Back-end). Therefore, I offer a course in C# programming at AlgoUni, as well as its continuation (.Net Core).
